Organization Chart :

The Board Members & Academic Advisory Body
meets after every 4 to 6 months Various Sub-Comities has been established as
under.
1. Finance Committee.
2. Equipment Committee.
3. Building Committee.
4. Staff selection Committee.
They decide the functioning pattern of various departments.

Nature and Extent of involvement of faculty and
students in academic affairs / improvements.
The faculty follows the Academic Calendar each year given by examining
authority i.e. MSBTE & according to that is works.
The Major academic affairs are –
1) Three numbers of Sessional examinations are carried out at Institute
level for each subject.
2) The arrangement of factory visit or industrial Tour has been carried out
where the students can get practical knowledge.
The institute arranges hospital visit to renowned hospitals in nearby
vicinity. Where the students get knowledge of Hospital Pharmacy, Clinical
Pharmacy, dispensing etc.
3) The faculty suggests different project work to the students to enhance
the knowledge of subject.
4) The institute also arranges the Annual Social Sports week & Cultural
Programmes.
5) The faculty encourages the students to take part in inter college
competitions in Sports, essay & other competitions.

Mechanism / Norms & Procedure for democratic /
good Governance:-At institute level the faculty & students representative
meets as & when required . They discuss the various issues regarding
Teaching & other co-curricular activities. For students improvement the
faculty members give them the guidance at personal level & tries to improve
there performance.

Student Feedback on Institutional Governance /
faculty performance. :- For the feedback from the students there is
suggestion box where the students can give there various suggestions.
Monthly the suggestion box get emptied & the suggestions are read by the
committee. The necessary action is taken by the principal & the senior
members on various issues .

Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty,
staff and students. :- If there is any serious issue it is discussed with
the administrative staff & principal . The principal then takes this matter
to academic advisory body or board members .The necessary action is taken
then .
